We are more than just a betting site. soccer88 is a community of Malaysian players who share a passion for sports, casino games and the thrill of betting responsibly. From day one, our goal has been singular — build a platform that Malaysians genuinely want to use.
Soccer88 is an online sports betting and casino platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. Our name may have its roots in a passion for football — the sport closest to the hearts of Malaysians — but today we've grown into a complete destination for all kinds of online betting entertainment, from live baccarat to slot games, from Texas Hold'em poker to international cricket betting.
What Sets Us Apart soccer88 is our genuinely Malaysia-first approach. We understand that Malaysians want a platform they can use in Bahasa Malaysia without any hassle, one that accepts local payment methods like Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX, and one that provides customer support in Bahasa Malaysia — not overseas agents who don't understand local context.
The Team Behind soccer88 is made up of individuals who genuinely understand the online entertainment industry in Southeast Asia. We take the time to listen to user feedback, study what works and what doesn't, and continuously refine the platform to meet the real needs of Malaysian players — rather than simply copying what Western platforms do.
Trust is our most valuable asset. In an industry where reputation is built through every transaction and every customer support interaction, soccer88 takes this responsibility seriously. Timely payouts, transparent odds, a clear verification process and responsive support are the minimum standards we hold ourselves to — not just promotional promises.
Our mission is simple — to be the number one online betting and entertainment platform of choice for Malaysians by delivering a safe, fair, enjoyable and responsible experience to every user.
Our vision is to build a digital entertainment ecosystem that proudly reflects Malaysia's identity — where every player, from Kelantan to Sabah, feels valued and well taken care of.
Six things Malaysian players value most about soccer88
All your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by online banking systems. We do not store your credit card information, and all transactions are processed through secure channels. Account security is further strengthened with two-factor authentication, which you can enable at any time.
Soccer88 supports all major payment methods in Malaysia — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposits clear in under 1 minute, withdrawals in 15–60 minutes. No international transfers or currency conversion required.
We are among the few platforms that offer full market coverage for the Malaysia Super League, Premier League, FA Cup and Malaysia Cup — on par with our EPL and Champions League coverage. From JDT to Sabah FC, every match has over 30 betting markets available.
Over 80% of soccer88 players use a mobile phone. We know this, and our platform is fully optimised for mobile screens — large buttons, a responsive interface, fast load times even on 4G connections, and an experience just as smooth as on desktop.
The soccer88 customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Malaysian public holidays. We communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, understand local context, and can resolve most issues within the first 10 minutes of a conversation. Reach us via Live Chat or email.
All casino games at soccer88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent body. For poker, our anti-collusion system monitors betting patterns in real time. Every player gets a genuinely equal and fair chance — this is not just a statement, it is a commitment we can prove.
From a small idea to Malaysia's leading player platform
The principles that guide every decision we make
Every odd we display, every payout we make, every action we take — all grounded in fairness and honesty. Players can count on soccer88 to always do the right thing.
Every product and service decision starts with one question — is this good for our players? Player satisfaction and safety are an absolute priority, not just a slogan.
The soccer88 platform never stops improving. We actively read player feedback, analyse usage data and roll out new updates every month to deliver a better experience.
We are not a global platform reluctantly adapting itself for Malaysia. soccer88 was built from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind — their language, culture, needs and way of life.
We believe betting should be entertainment, not a burden. Our responsible gaming programme includes deposit limits, self-exclusion tools and easy access to help for anyone who needs it.
From platform load times to processing your winnings — we respect our players' time. Deposits in under 1 minute and withdrawals in 15–60 minutes are standards we consistently maintain.
When you register an account at soccer88, your experience begins with a quick and straightforward process. The registration form only requires basic details — a username, Malaysian phone number, email and password. There is no complex verification process or lengthy waiting time. In under 2 minutes, your account is ready to use.
Your first deposit can be made using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Boost or ShopeePay — methods you already use every day. The minimum deposit is just RM 20, and as a new member you qualify for our Welcome Bonus, which adds extra value to your first deposit. Check the Welcome Bonus for the latest information on currently active offers.
From there, the world of entertainment soccer88 open to you. Want to bet on tonight's JDT match in the Malaysia Super League? Head to the Football and choose from over 30 available markets. Fancy trying your luck at a Live Baccarat table with a real dealer? The Baccarat we have tables for every stake level. Prefer something more laid-back? Try one of our hundreds of Slot Games ours.
What you don't need to worry about at soccer88 is the security of your funds. Our payment processing system is fully automated and reliable. Winnings are credited to your account automatically once a match or game concludes. Withdrawals can be made at any time to your bank account or eWallet, and the process typically completes within an hour. Should any issues arise, our Bahasa Malaysia-speaking support team is ready to assist.
We understand that trust is built over time through consistent actions, not marketing promises. That's why soccer88 always prioritises transparency — our terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand Bahasa Malaysia, there are no hidden conditions in our promotions, and we have a clear dispute process should any issues arise.
From a technical standpoint, soccer88 continually invests in platform infrastructure to ensure high uptime, fast response times and a seamless experience even during peak traffic — such as a Liverpool vs Manchester United match at 3am MYT, when thousands of Malaysian players are active simultaneously. Our platform handles this load without any disruption to your experience.
